"• To discharge contaminants to water, namely sediment, during the construction of any accesses over water bodies associated with the Mahinerangi Wind Farm, in accordance with Rule12.13.1.1 (discretionary activity);

• To discharge groundwater to land, throughout the Mahinerangi Wind Farm site, which has been taken to lower located high water tables during construction, in accordance with Rule 12.13.1.1 (discretionary activity); and

• To discharge water containing contaminants, namely site run off and wash down water from site facilities, to land throughout the Mahinerangi Wind Farm site during construction, in accordance with Rule 12.13.1.1 (discretionary activity)."
